Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, according to the law - non-state non-profit self-governing organization which unites on a voluntary basis legal entities and Ukrainian citizens registered as entrepreneurs as well as their associations. Now, members of Khmelnitsky CCI are more than 250 enterprises and firms of different ownership forms, organizations and businesses.

The main task of the House - is primarily an enabling environment for domestic businesses, representation and protection of its interests at all levels, promoting the development of direct ties with foreign partners in the field of economy, science and trade, the search for investors and skilled preparation of investment projects, business plans and more. Today, the Chamber offers its members a wide range of professional services, including advisory services on foreign trade and market assessment, conduct an independent examination of goods, provide translation services and services for bar coding of goods, etc. The Chamber provides business, legal information for Ukrainian and foreign entrepreneurs, organizes seminars, conferences and exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad, and other activities.

Commerce and Industry of Ukraine and regional chambers are authorized by the Government of Ukraine to confirm the origin of the Ukrainian goods and issue certificates of origin, non-binding instruments for goods exports.
